Institute of Engineering Purwanchal Campus (Eastern Region Campus)  is one of the associate engineering campuses of Institute of Engineering under Tribhuvan University. It is situated at Gangalal Marg, Tinkune, Dharan-8, Sunsari district in the eastern region of Nepal. It occupies an area of 443 ropani (34-13-11.75 Bigahas)

The campus firstly started trade level courses in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil engineering subjects as specified in the loan and the project agreements. Presently, it is offering bachelor courses Civil Engineering,Architecture,Agriculture Engineering ,Electronics communication and information  Engineering,Computer Engineering,Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering and master courses  Land and Water Engineering, Sanitation Engineering,Information system Engineering.
